We are proud to announce the achievement of ISO 9001: 15 certification. “This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continuous improvement”.

In this delicate period we are all called to review our ways of working and many activities that were previously on the agenda have changed radically. We have decided to continue working to develop new products and new features, we have experimented with new ways of organizing and we have also decided to invest in improving our business processes.

In October 2019 we had already started a process of analysis and mapping of all business processes, which led us to have an in-depth vision of how our processes were working, how people interacted with each other, and with the tools available. This path has helped us to identify areas for improvement and above all to make some strategic decisions, including ISO 9001: 15 certification.

Industry 4.0

The road that leads us to Industry 4.0. it is filled with projects for digitization and improvement of industrial processes.

The success of these projects, however, does not only depend on the quality of the solutions purchased, but it also depends on the type of approach and the organizational capacity of the companies involved.

It is no longer enough to continuously improve features and always have the best technology on the market. Today it is necessary that the concept of product quality is combined not only with the quality of the service, but above all with the quality of the entire company.

This means having a quality management system that supports excellent products, which are complemented by excellent services through an efficient organization, which is able to translate the customer’s needs into solutions with high added value.

Scalability in the IoT environment

There is a lot of talk about the term “scalability” in the IoT environment. This term is used very often to indicate the “guarantee” that a product or service is adaptable even to very high volumes, even 100 or 1,000,000 times the load for which it was initially designed.

But as we have seen, products and services are not isolated entities, context matters. In this sense, the real challenge is: can an organization become scalable like its products and services? Can you guarantee the same level of efficiency and integrity when your business and processes start to multiply?

This is what we have before us and with this first goal, we accepted the challenge.
