The 4ZeroPlatform, a Zerynth powered solution, was a part of the Manifatture Aperte event in Milan, on September 29th. An event dedicated to discovering all the little nooks and corners in Milan where manufacturing and industry 4.0 meet and collaborate.
This is how the event works – for one day all the factories, workshops, laboratories, and academies in Milan are open to the public. Over 70 companies have already joined this initiative.
The Manifatture Aperte is organized in collaboration with the World Manufacturing Forum, the platform designed to promote the manufacturing culture in the world.
The 4ZeroPlatform at the Manifatture Aperte
TOI’s 4ZeroPlatform got a lot of attention from the visitors. Is it because of the cool design? Partially yes, but it’s more likely that people wanted to know about the plug-and-play data gathering, processing, and reporting it provides.
The 4ZeroPlatform is made out of two parts: the 4ZeroBox, a Zerynth-powered machine-to cloud-interface, and the 4ZeroManager, a collection of cloud microservices and containers for data visualization, OEE analysis and reporting (or to put it more simply a dashboard that displays the data that has been gathered).
