Zerynth is the only Italian company awarded among the best 100 startups in the G20 countries: with its IoT technology it has won the startup competition of the G20 Innovation League

The Italian company, Zerynth, received recognition in the “IoT and Wearables” category at the event that brought together the 100 most promising startups from the G20 countries.

With its IoT platform, which is capable of accelerating the digital transformation of companies and helping them to carry out the revolution of industry 4.0, Zerynth is the only Italian company to have won the startup competition of the G20 Innovation League, an international event dedicated to innovation that was hosted by the Italian Presidency of the G20, in Sorrento, on the 9th and 10th of October.

Promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, together with the Ministry of Technological Innovation and Digital Transition and the Ministry of Economic Development, and organized by ICE Agenzia together with CDP Fondo Nazionale Innovazione and Simest, the G20 Innovation League brought together the 100 startups, that were most promising in the field of innovation. The participants, coming from the G20 countries and over 100 venture capitalists and large international companies, identified five fundamental themes that will have the greatest impact on the future of the planet and awarded two startups for each category: Cleantech, Artificial Intelligence, IoT and Wearables, Smart Cities and Mobility, and Healthcare.

The Italian company, Zerynth, was awarded recognition in the Iot & Wearables category, which aims to highlight how an individual’s abilities can be enhanced and supported through IoT technology and wearable devices. The awarded startups have been recognized for their ability not only to bring innovation but also to take up international challenges and demonstrate how the proposed solutions can be applied in a global context by taking into account the needs of small and large companies as well as different countries.
