University of Rome “La Sapienza”

A collegiate research university, located in Rome, Italy. One of the largest European universities, as well as one of the oldest, since it was founded in 1303.

Formally known as Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza“.

Zerynth was used as a programming tool for embedded solutions during the “Pervasive Systems 2018” course held at Sapienza University.

The course had the aim of introducing emerging application scenarios, studying design approaches characteristic of pervasive systems and networks, examining essential algorithmic techniques and performance limits, and providing the basis for engineering algorithms in open design.

In particular, one of the students wanted to give a quick demonstration of the Zerynth ecosystem. Then he uploaded a hackster project that teaches people how to program the popular ESP8266 in Python.
